Our Facilities
We have 3 body fabrication units across India, dedicated to automobile industry undertaking variety of automobile fabrication work.
IMT Manesar, Gurgaon
Spread over 1800 sq. m., our Manesar unit is designed for heavy fabrication work. The ground floor offers 1083 sq. m. of well-lit and ventilated workspace, equipped with essential machinery and a dust-free paint plant. The basement handles specialized tasks, while the administrative offices oversee operations, ensuring seamless workflow. Adequate power supply and backup systems ensure uninterrupted operations.
Bawal, Rewari
Located on the Delhi-Jaipur highway, our Bawal facility focuses on bus body fabrication. Equipped with a rolling mill, extended paint booth, phosphating plant, and a state-of-the-art rain test facility, this plant is optimized for high-capacity work. The administrative area, complete with CCTV monitoring, ensures effective oversight of production.
Ranjangaon, Pune
Our Pune unit, situated in the industrial hub of Ranjangaon, specializes in fabricating automotive bodies. This facility is strategically positioned to cater to the growing demands of the mobility sector, further strengthening our manufacturing capabilities.

1997
Metaltech established a Mahindra Authorized Service Centre in Mahipalpur, New Delhi (on NH8), inaugurated by Mr. Allien Durente.
1998
Metaltech delivered its first truck. Metaltech got the Authorized dealership of SML isuzu.
2000
Obtained bulletproof technology from Vehicle Research & Development Establishment (VRDE) and PLASAN SASA (Israel). Began manufacturing bulletproof vehicles under the name 'RAKSHAK' as the sole fabricator for Mahindra Defense Systems (until 2008).
2001
Established a new fabrication plant in IMT Manesar for bulletproof and customized vehicles.
2002
Set up a new sales and service facility for SML Light Commercial Vehicles in Gurgaon (on NH8, Haryana), inaugurated by Mr. P. Sivaram from SML. Mr Pawan Sharma, Chairman of Safexpress visited IMT Manesar facility.
2003
Started Mahindra Tractor Authorized Dealership for Delhi and Gurgaon.
2004
Opened a new sales, service, and spares facility for SML Vehicles in Tikri Kalan, New Delhi (on NH10).
2008-09
Participated in DefExpo and Auto Expo, showcasing five of our most innovative mobility solutions
2009
Opened our first body fabrication plant in Bawal (on NH8, Haryana).
2010
Launched ATAC at DEFEXPO—a combat solution for anti-terrorist squads. Participation in the international defense exhibition, DEFEXPO 2010, in February 2010, marks another milestone in the history of Metaltech
2015
Metaltech was honored with the Highest Sales Achiever Award across India, presented at an event in Thailand.
2017
Established a new body-building plant in MIDC Ranjangaon, Nagar Road, Pune Celebrating 25 Years of Metaltech
2021
Opened the Bawal Plant to significantly scale up production and meet growing market demand.
